Qanistisla Consulting is an Indigenous-owned advisory practice founded by Qanistisla Michael Vegh, a Heiltsuk professional with experience across governance, strategy, sustainability, and organizational leadership.

The practice was established to support Indigenous Nations and organizations through thoughtful, relationship-based work that builds on existing strengths, creates clarity, and helps move priorities forward.

Michael holds an MBA in Sustainable Innovation, a Certified Aboriginal Professional Administrator designation, and a Bachelor of Environment. His professional background includes senior leadership, negotiation, governance, strategic planning, clean energy, and large-scale project implementation.

Qanistisla works collaboratively and contextually, recognizing that strong solutions come from within. The focus is on creating shared direction, strengthening capacity, and supporting practical progress in ways that reflect the priorities of each client.
